Laura asks…has peter mandlsons '' internet cut off law '' passed in the uk yet?recently mandleson has been saying he will go through and enforce the internet cut off law for anybody caught using file sharing programs like lime-wire etc or anybody attempting to download free music or film etc from the internet.
he said the plan was for internet service providers to monitor internet users and to notify the law when attempting to download illegally ~ apparently then you would be prosecuted
