but
1.i would like to know what to do to minimize its effects at this time ( coz i don't want to smoke that again , i believe that its not good for my health )
2.what could i do at that time to make my self normal ( any first aid )
i would prefer the kitchen or home made products as antidotes coz i don't want to walk in the
